The setting was brilliant, not far from the parks or City Walk, the food area the elevators and all the attractions & restaurants. And it's relatively close to Espetos Steakhouse, ate there once or twice.

great stay but the check-in line was a marathon
The pool view from my spacious room is a real treat. The food options at Pier 8 Market keep you fueled for park adventures with breakfast, lunch, and dinner served daily.
The check-in line felt like a never-ending queue.

Perfect base for exploring parks and nearby attractions
The hotel is wonderfully situated just a short shuttle ride from the amusement parks, with the shuttle service rarely taking more than three minutes to arrive, making it super convenient for those long and exciting days at the parks; additionally, there are plenty of nearby restaurants like Red Lobster and Waffle House within walking distance, as well as fun attractions such as Gator Golf and Ripley's Believe It or Not, all just about a kilometer away, making it easy to explore without needing to drive, though the room cleaning service could use a bit of consistency to match the overall great experience.

We had a lovely 5-night stay in a Standard Double Room. The highlight was the convenient access to Universal parks! Breakfast options were limited for us, but we managed. I'd definitely return!

I could sneak into Harry Potter's world early, relax in a coastal-inspired escape with affordable rates, enjoy a fitness center and a game room, get free shuttle rides, and have kids excited with splash pads and activities. Such a blast!
Loved the challenge of finding cheerful workers at the cafeteria.

Clean, comfortable, and well-located with easy shuttle access to the parks. The pools were a highlight—big and never too crowded. Food options in the lobby were decent, though prices leaned high for quality. A spacious suite easily accommodated my family. some noise issues and a lukewarm shower dampened the experience. Long walks to rooms can feel tiresome, and check-in was slow. Still, the friendly staff and vibrant atmosphere made it enjoyable. For the price, it offers great value, especially for a family getaway. Would definitely consider coming back!

The place was clean, and the staff were exceptionally nice and pleasant. The setting is incredible, located just next to Orlando, making it convenient for parks and shopping. It’s also excellent for visiting West Street. The breakfast offered a healthy choice of pastries, pancakes, and fresh fruit.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Prime location near attractions, with convenient shuttle service. the food options were repetitive and lacked healthier choices. Room cleaning inconsistencies were troubling. One room received daily service, while the other was cleaned only once. Customer service had issues too. Upon late arrival, my reservation was canceled without notification, leaving my family stranded. Staff demeanor varied. Some were friendly, but I encountered rudeness from others. Lastly, the crowding in the lobby during peak hours was overwhelming. This could be a great experience with improvements in communication and service consistency. Take note, management.
